Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do I need to provide my child with any equipment? No. We will provide your child with all the equipment they require including safety goggles!
-
How do I decide which course is right for my child? The entry level for your child is entirely up to you. The design and content of all our courses is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage and the Key Stage 1 curriculum. As such, all courses are perfect for children aged between 3 and 6. From our perspective, we suggest the decision is based on the level of exposure your child has already had to science, rather than their age. For example, if your child has attended science courses previously, then you may decide to jump straight into the intermediate course. On the other hand, if your child has not had much exposure to science in the past, we would recommend starting with the beginner course. Again, the choice is yours. We would be delighted to welcome your child to either course. Further details of our courses, including dates and location can be found on our courses page.

Do you offer discount for siblings?Yes! We offer a £25 discount for a sibling. This discount applies to any of our courses, even if siblings are on different courses. Examples: Two siblings enrolled on our Beginner course would be (£170 x 2) - £25 = £315 Three siblings, one of which is enrolled on our Intermediate course and the other two on our Beginner course would be ((£185) + (£170 x 2)) - (£25 x 2) = £475. To redeem: As part of the enrolment process you will be asked to declare whether you are enrolling a second child which is a sibling to the first child you have enrolled. Both siblings must be enrolled on Little Scientists Club courses that start and end on the same dates. Please note that all names are checked against our records and any incorrect information may lead to an increase in the amount due by you to Little Scientists Club.
